随着经济的发展,我国面临的能源压力也越来越大,为了控制能源的过度浪费,我国大力推行绿色可持续建筑的建设,可关于绿色建筑方面的评价标准却不是很全面,内容的划分不够细致,缺乏地方性的评价标准,阻碍了绿色建筑在我国的发展规模。尤其是在我国北方地区,冬季寒冷漫长使得建筑能耗量大,但是绿色建筑的实际建造量却不高,绿色建筑的发展潜力巨大。本文利用熵值分析法,从建筑主体设计、围护结构设计、暖通空调设计、建筑电气设计和能源利用设计六个方面,结合哈尔滨地区特点对绿色建筑中节能设计部分建立评价体系,对绿色建筑在哈尔滨地区的发展和地区建筑节能工作的落实都有一定的现实意义。
