提出了一种新型的采用机械压汽蒸馏(MVC)技术处理海上稠油热采锅炉给水的工艺系统。针对新型工艺的出水水质,能耗,维护费用,占地面积等因素,进行相应的分析,并与反渗透工艺作对比。分析结果显示,新型工艺对进水水质要求更宽松,出水TDS可达到5ppm以下,相同条件下占地面积也较反渗透工艺降低20%以上,运行费用低,但MVC装置本身投资及能耗较大,亟待进行国产化研究。且经分析,MVC技术可应用于海上生产水回用热采锅炉工艺。综合研究表明,MVC技术应用于海上稠油热采锅炉给水处理系统具有其可行性,且在该领域前景广阔。
A new type of process system for the treatment of feed water from heavy oil thermal recovery boiler by MVC was proposed.
