为了提高路面的抗湿滑和防侧滑能力,研制了一种铺设于路面的环境友好型彩色防滑路面材料,该材料由粘接基料和彩色防滑骨料构成。采用聚氨酯/环氧树脂(PU/EP)互穿聚合物网络(IPN)为成膜物制备了基料主剂,主剂与固化剂组成双组份基料,研究了其附着、抗压、压缩剪切、耐水、耐碱、耐汽油、耐煤焦油、低温抗裂和人工加速耐候等性能;在此基础上,选择不同种类与粒径的彩色防滑骨料制备了有代表性的彩色防滑路面试件,考察了不同种类骨料的磨光值(PSV)以及骨料粒径对试件抗滑值和表面纹理构造深度的影响关系。结果表明:该材料最佳配比时,具有理化性能、抗滑性能(抗滑值BPN值≥90)优异,色彩警示效果显著,且可低温(-5℃)和快速施工(施工1h后通车)的特点,特别适合于危险路段路面使用。
