目前我国住宅建设正面临持续大发展局面,住宅产业己是带动整个国民经济发展的支柱产业和新增长点。如何满足当前住宅结构体系可持续发展的要求这个课题,就给住宅建筑施工的管理工作提出了新的目标。在我国,住宅建筑按其层数分为:低层、多层、和高层三类。我国在《民用建筑设计通则》(GB50352—2005)中明确规定:1~3层为低层住宅;4~6层为多层住宅;7~9层为中高层住宅;10层以上为高层住宅。在这里我们着重笔墨论述一下多层住宅的建筑施工管理问题。
At present, China’s housing construction is facing a situation of continuous development. The residential industry has been the pillar industry and new growth point that has driven the development of the entire national economy. How to meet the requirements of the current sustainable development of the residential structure system puts forward new goals for the management of residential building construction. In China, residential buildings are divided into three levels according to their level: low, multi-level, and high-level. China’s “General Principles of Civil Building Design” (GB50352-2005) clearly stipulates that: 1 to 3 floors are low-rise residential buildings; 4 to 6 floors are multi-storey residential buildings; 7 to 9 floors are high-rise residential buildings; and 10 floors are high-rise residential buildings. Here we focus on ink and ink to discuss the construction management of multi-storey residential buildings.
