流化催化裂化(FCC)过程中,沉积在催化剂上的金属Ni,V会导致催化剂严重失活,加入金属钝化剂是解决上述问题的经济有效的办法。本文综述了金属钝化剂的研究进展。指出研制无毒、高效的钝镍剂、钝钒剂以及钝镍钝钒双功能钝化剂是今后发展的主导方向。
Fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) process, deposited on the catalyst metal Ni, V will lead to a serious catalyst inactivation, the addition of metal deactivator is a cost-effective solution to the above problems. This article reviews the research progress of metal deactivators. Pointed out that the development of non-toxic and efficient blunt nickel agent, vanadium-passivation and blunt-passive blunt vanadium dual-function passivation agent is the dominant direction of development in the future.
