氟苯咪唑(Flubendazole),化学名:5-(4-氟苯甲酰基)-苯骈咪唑-2-氨基甲酸甲酯。它比同类化合物甲苯咪唑仅多一个氟取代基,两者具有相似的驱虫作用,对钩虫、蛔虫、蛲虫和鞭虫均有良好的驱虫效果,对丝虫也具有不同程度的杀灭能力。但甲苯咪唑在啮齿类动物实验中发现有致畸作用,而氟苯咪唑则未见有此作用乃为其特点之一;其作用机制可导致寄生虫消化道内皮细胞解体,使其蜕变、溶解以致死亡。但对宿主细胞结构毫无影响,对机体完全无害。 Flubendazole, chemical name: 5- (4-fluorobenzoyl) -benzimidazole-2-carbamate.
