信息沟通是风险管理和危机处置的关键步骤,本文以海底捞在“勾兑”危机中的危机管理为例探讨了危机主体在风险沟通中信息管理和发布应当注意的事宜,指出危机主体在危机管理中应当全面利用各种信息进行风险的规避,而危机发展过程中的信息发布则应做到有始有终,并通过具有权威性的沟通主体和有效性的信息发布方式充分降低不利信息的影响。
Information communication is a key step in risk management and crisis management. This paper explores the issues that should be noticed by crisis subjects in information management and dissemination in risk communication, taking the case of crisis management of sea fishing in “blending” crisis as an example. Crisis management should make full use of all kinds of information to avoid risks, and information release in the process of crisis development should be over and over, and the impact of adverse information should be fully reduced through authoritative communication subjects and effective information dissemination.
