绩效管理是现代人力资源管理的核心职能之一,作为一项管理活动,就是要将组织中团队和个人努力与组织战略目标相连接,通过计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制等一系列管理职能的实施,实现组织战略目标的过程。笔者通过多年人力资源管理的实践,介绍了所在供电企业绩效管理的做法,深入分析了管理的成功因素,并对下一步绩效提升提供了相应的对策。
