Acute promyelocytic leukemia is a relatively rare disease. According to its cell morphology, it can be divided into two types: coarse-grained and fine-grained. Some studies show that M3 has atypical esterase staining, especially for coarse-grained particles, which some scholars believe is due to mixed granulocyte-monocyte differentiation.
