Objective To compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of wound healing by using partial debridement in diabetic foot and to analyze the curative effect of different dressing modalities after debridement of diabetic foot. Methods From May 2014 to October 2016, 30 patients with diabetes mellitus were treated in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with nano-silver dressing and foam dressing, debridement After the silver nano-dressing covers the wound, then foam dressing dressing. The control group was treated by conventional dressing method. The ulcer healing rate, average healing time and amputation rate of the two groups after different debridement were observed. Results The healing rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05), but the mean healing time and amputation rate were less than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with nano-silver dressing and foam dressing, wound dressing after silver nano-silver wound dressing, and then wrapped with foam dressing method for diabetic foot wound healing significantly improved.
