浙江省南浔区推行的“联片式研训”为农村中小学开展有效备课提供了很好的平台。我们通过以单元为备课单位,组建学习共同体,搭建信息交流平台,建立动力机制等方式与联片学校的老师进行集体研讨,真正提高了小学数学集体备课的有效性。
Nanxun District of Zhejiang Province to promote “joint training” for the primary and secondary schools in rural areas to provide effective preparation for the lesson provided a good platform. We conducted a collective discussion with the teachers in the joint schools through unit-based learning units, the establishment of a learning community, the establishment of a platform for information exchange, and the establishment of a dynamic mechanism to truly improve the effectiveness of lesson preparation in primary school mathematics.
