本文首先指出受成本上升较快、市场竞争激烈、需求波动大、政府财政支持缺位等因素影响,长途汽车客运业已经难以为继;继而通过论证长途汽车客运较其他客运工具有输送距离远、输送效率高、稳定性好、调度灵活等优势,说明其在保证人民群众出行方面具有特殊地位;在此基础上,本文提出了体现其公益特征、适应市场规律、创新调价机制等三项政府部门制定长途汽车客运业价格政策时的理论建议。 This paper first points out that the long-distance passenger transport industry has been unsustainable due to the rapid increase of costs, fierce market competition, large fluctuations in demand and the absence of government financial support. After that, the coaches have been transported far away from other passenger transport vehicles, High transportation efficiency, good stability, flexible scheduling and other advantages, indicating that it has a special status in guaranteeing the people’s travel. On this basis, this paper presents three government departments that reflect their charity characteristics, adapt to market rules and innovate the price adjustment mechanism Theoretical Suggestions on Establishing the Price Policy of Coach Industry.
