骨钙素及其对糖代谢影响研究进展

传统观念认为,骨骼系统仅为机体提供运动、支持及保护作用。但近年研究成果发现,骨骼还是机体的一个重要的内分泌器官。骨骼可合成一些具有内分泌调节作用的蛋白进而影响其他代谢途径。其中,能量代谢和骨代谢相互影响,存在着密切联系,尤其是骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)参与糖代谢已成为目前研究的热点。骨钙素不仅与骨骼代谢有关,而且在机体的糖代谢调节中也发挥重要作用。本文就骨钙素对糖代谢的影响作一综述。 The traditional view that the skeletal system only provides the body movement, support and protection. However, recent studies have found that bone is also an important endocrine organ in the body. Bones can synthesize a number of endocrine regulatory proteins and thus affect other metabolic pathways. Among them, there is a close relationship between energy metabolism and bone metabolism, especially the involvement of osteocalcin (OC) in glycometabolism has become a hot research topic. Osteocalcin is not only related to bone metabolism, but also plays an important role in the regulation of glucose metabolism in the body. This article reviews the impact of osteocalcin on glucose metabolism.
