采用双重免疫组织化学染色方法研究了成人胰岛内分泌细胞的分布特点及其与微血管的相互关系。结果发现；①成人胰岛为鞘型胰岛，B细胞位于胰岛中央，A、D细胞位于B细胞周围，形成鞘；②A、D细胞存在位置分布上的一致性；③即使由于有结缔组织隔将胰岛分隔成不同的“亚单位”，其每一“亚单位”的周围部仍为A、D细胞，中央部仍为B细胞；④胰岛A、D细胞距微血管较近。这些研究结果将为进一步研究胰岛内分泌细胞间的功能联系提供形态学基础。 Double immunohistochemical staining was used to study the distribution of endocrine cells in adult islets and its relationship with microvascular. The results showed that: (1) adult islets are sheath-type islets, B cells are located in the central part of islets, A and D cells are located in the periphery of B cells and form a sheath; (2) there is consistency in the distribution of A and D cells; (3) Divided into different “subunits”, each of its “subunits” around the Department is still A, D cells, the central part of the B cells are still; ④ islet A, D cells from the microvascular closer.
