在环境中可自然降解的表面活性剂是目前研究的热点之一。为了获得良好的界面活性,同时提高表面活性剂的降解性能,以草酸、十二烷基二甲基胺和环氧氯丙烷为反应原料制备了一种新型的Gemini季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。详细的探讨了反应时间、反应温度、反应溶剂等条件对产物的影响,并使用傅里叶变换红外光谱测试产物的特征基团。研究发现,在反应过程中,最佳的反应溶剂为乙醇,最佳反应温度为50℃,最佳反应时间为10h。
Surfactants that can be naturally degraded in the environment are one of the hot topics currently studied. In order to obtain good interfacial activity and improve the degradation performance of surfactants, a novel Gemini quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant was prepared using oxalic acid, dodecyldimethylamine and epichlorohydrin as reaction raw materials. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and reaction solvent on the product were discussed in detail. The characteristic groups of the product were tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The study found that in the reaction process, the best reaction solvent is ethanol, the optimum reaction temperature is 50 ℃, the best reaction time is 10h.
