浅析大班额教学组织形式下创新型教学方式的运用——基于初中语文课堂教学的案例研究

由于九年义务教育的普及、学龄人口的过快增长,大班额教学成为了我国中小学基础教育中一个十分普遍的现象。语文教师在进行大班额课堂教学活动中主要面临着班级规模过大,教师无法顾全每位学生;课堂监管乏力,顾此失彼;教学空间拥挤,不利于师生互动等问题。针对上述问题,本文将从大班额教学的现状及其存在的问题出发,并创造性的运用创新性教学的方式提出相应的解决对策,以期提升大班额教学现状下语文教学的水平,进而提升学生的语文素养。 Due to the popularization of nine-year compulsory education and the rapid growth of the school-age population, teaching in large classes has become a very common phenomenon in primary and secondary basic education in our country. Language teachers in large classes teaching activities are mainly faced with the scale of the class is too large, teachers can not take care of every student; weak classroom supervision, to lose one’s balance; teaching space is crowded, is not conducive to teacher-student interaction and other issues. In view of the above problems, this article will start from the current situation and existing problems of teaching in large classes, and creatively use creative teaching methods to put forward corresponding solutions, with a view to raising the level of Chinese teaching under the teaching status quo, thereby enhancing the students Chinese literacy.
