在快速发展的现代社会,各个大中小型企业之间的竞争相当激烈,在激烈的竞争中不但要把企业自身的硬实力提高上去,还需要提升自身的软实力,只有不断提高实力才能在市场竞争中取得胜利。企业品牌营销的关键是企业文化,也是企业发展过程中特别重要的软文化。但是目前影响品牌营销战略的实施,是因为企业文化的传播和建立还存在很大的问题。要想实现对企业品牌的有效营销,就必须通过构建自己的企业品牌,企业文化理念必须结合品牌的营销。无论从产品的角度,还是服务方面,要想创造最具文化特色的品牌效果,就必须要有企业文化贯穿在战略实施中,只有这样才能不断促进企业经济快速发展,把企业的竞争力加以提高。
