中国福利制度建设是一项重大的系统工程,尤其是社会中女性福利制度建设步履维艰。20世纪60年代以来女性主义的兴起和发展,推动着社会对女性福利政策的重新审视,福利政策该如何转型回应当前社会风险背景下中国社会福利所面临的挑战,以解决性别差异所产生的福利供给不均的问题和保障女性的合法权益,寻求有利于女性福利的改革方案。本文通过女性主义的视角,给中国社会福利研究提供一个新的视角,国家、市场和家庭三者应发挥其福利供给作用,真正达成性别平等的福利国家模式。 China’s welfare system construction is a major systematic project, especially in the social construction of the female welfare system struggling. The rise and development of feminism since the 1960s pushed society to re-examine women’s welfare policies and how welfare policies should be transformed in response to the challenges facing China’s social welfare in the current context of social risks so as to address the benefits arising from gender differences The problem of unequal supply and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of women and seek reforms that benefit women’s welfare. This article provides a new perspective for China’s social welfare research from the perspective of feminism. The state, the market and the family should all play their role of providing welfare and truly achieve the national model of welfare for the benefit of gender equality.
