1982年8月17日至25日,中国教育学会历史教学研究会在太原召开会议,讨论高等师范院校中学历史教学法课程的建设问题。会上讨论的主要问题有: 一关于学科的性质一种意见认为中学历史教学法以研究中学历史教学过程及其规律为己任,是教育科学教学论下的一个分支,与其他学科教学法一样,同属于分科教学法。一种意见认为中学历史教学法属于教育科学和历史科学两门科学综合在一起的一门新科学,或称边缘科学。还有一种意见认为是“历史学科的分支”,可叫“历史科学教学法”。本学科虽然包括历史学、教育学、心理学,但足教育学和心理学不是主要的,历史学才是主要的,特点是时、地、人、事,离开了这儿点,什么都是空的,而这几点在其他学科则是次要的,例如时间在地理学科中就是次
