安防系统是智能化住宅小区的重要组成部分,系统让社区既安全,又具人性化,使智能住宅小区具备了全方位的安全保障。目前,智能小区安防系统主要以视频监控为主,同时配备报警、对讲、巡更、门禁系统等。要让各个系统之间互联互通,优势互补,一个兼容多方的系统平台就不可或缺。采用集成化设计的小区管理平台,将各个子系统进行有机整合,为小区住户打造一个安全、舒适、便利的现代生活环境,同时也大大提高了物业管理的工作效率。
