目的:探讨高血压患者中γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)与反映动脉顺应性指标[脉搏波速度(PWV)、大动脉顺应性(C1)、小动脉顺应性(C2)]的临床相关性。方法:入选高血压患者123例。以血管硬度测量仪测定肱-桡动脉PWV、C1、C2,以硝基苯酚连续监测法测定血γ-GT,并进行相关性分析。结果:不同γ-GT水平组间(四分位数分组)PWV、C1、C2、SBP、DBP、PP差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。线性相关分析显示:γ-GT与PWV(r=0.41)、SBP(r=0.24)、DBP(r=0.19)、PP(r=0.21)、C1(r=-0.2)具有显著相关性(P<0.05),与年龄(r=0.11P=0.23)、C2(r=-0.11,P=0.21)无相关性。结论:γ-GT与PWV具有显著相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT) and arterial compliance (PWV), arterial compliance (C1) and arteriolar compliance (C2) in hypertensive patients Correlation. Methods: A total of 123 patients with hypertension were enrolled. The brachial-radial artery PWV, C1 and C2 were measured with a vascular hardness meter, and the blood γ-GT was measured by nitrophenol continuous monitoring method, and the correlation was analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in PWV, C1, C2, SBP, DBP and PP between different γ-GT levels (quartile group) (P <0.01). Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between γ-GT and PWV (r = 0.41), SBP (r = 0.24), DBP (r = 0.19), PP <0.05), but not with age (r = 0.11 P = 0.23) and C2 (r = -0.11, P = 0.21). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between γ-GT and PWV.
