磁性化管理对整形美容科持续护理质量改进的影响观察

目的研究磁性化管理对整形美容科持续护理质量改进的影响。方法本次选择的70例研究对象均选自2016年7月—2017年7月整形美容科收治的患者,实施磁性化管理之前为一般组(35例),实施磁性化管理之后为观察组(35例),分析比较实施磁性化管理前后两组患者的护理满意度以及护理人员的职业倦怠率。结果磁性化管理实施后,患者的护理满意度比实施之前有显著的提高,P<0.05,且实施磁性化管理后,护理人员的职业倦怠率明显低于实施磁性化管理之前,P<0.05。结论磁性化管理在整形美容科的应用,能够保证患者的护理满意度,能够促进护理人员服务态度和工作能力的提升,对于提升美容科护理质量有着积极作用。 Objective To study the effect of magnetic management on the quality of continuous nursing of plastic surgery department. Methods All the 70 subjects selected in this study were selected from the patients who were treated in Plastic and Cosmetic Department from July 2016 to July 2017. The patients in the general group (35 cases) before the magnetic management were performed and the magnetic management was performed in the observation group 35 cases). The nursing satisfaction and occupational burnout rate of the two groups before and after the magnetic management were analyzed and compared. Results After the implementation of magnetic management, the satisfaction of patients’ nursing was significantly improved than that before the implementation (P <0.05). And after the management of magneticization, the occupational burnout rate of nursing staff was significantly lower than that before the implementation of magnetic management (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of magnetic management in the plastic surgery department can ensure the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care, improve the service attitude and work ability of the nursing staff, and play a positive role in enhancing the quality of nursing in the beauty department.
