小儿肺炎是儿童时期的常见病、多发病 ,小儿患肺炎时肺部体征消失缓慢 ,痰不易咳出。目前临床上适用于小儿的满意有效祛痰药尚不多见 ,我院儿科从 1999年 9月～ 2 0 0 0年 3月使用富露施治疗小儿肺炎并进行了临床疗效观察 ,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择及分组 按照
