复杂地层的护壁与堵漏,长期以来,一直是钻探工作的技术关键之一。它不仅影响钻探生产的效率,同时也影响钻探工程的质量。特别是小口径钻进,如何顺利通过复杂地层,充分发挥小口径金刚石钻进优质、高效的特点,更具有现实意义。岩心钻探中处理复杂地层最基本的技术措施就是使用泥浆护孔。实践证明,钻进中遇到坍塌掉块、膨胀缩径、漏水、涌水或膏盐等地层,如能正确使用泥浆,在很大程度上可以防止或减轻复杂情况的发生。本文通过对复杂地层的分析,阐述了护孔堵漏工艺的具体实施方法,提出改善护孔技术的建议,为今后的相关工作提供思路。
The protection of walls and plugging in complex formations has long been one of the key technical aspects of drilling. It not only affects the efficiency of drilling production, but also the quality of drilling engineering. In particular, small diameter drilling, how to successfully pass through complex formations, give full play to small diameter diamond drilling high quality and efficient features, more practical significance. The most basic technical measure for handling complex formations in core drilling is to use mud guard holes. Practice has proved that drilling encountered collapse blocks, expansion diameter, water leakage, gushing water or gypsum and other strata, if the proper use of mud, to a large extent, to prevent or reduce the occurrence of complex situations. Based on the analysis of complex strata, this paper elaborates the concrete implementation method of plugging and plugging technology, puts forward some suggestions to improve the technology of shield hole, and provides ideas for the related work in the future.
