胃蛋白酶消化牛腱胶原的提取纯化以及作为BMP的载体复合后注射入小鼠肌肉。术后7天组织学检查可见异位成骨,并有新生血管,胶原部分吸收。28天时软骨被吸收并被有红骨髓的正常骨组织替代,大部分胶原被吸收。未见排斥反应。钙含量测定显示成骨量大于单纯植入BMP组。单纯注射胶原组未见成骨。实验结果表明牛腱胶原经胃蛋白酶消化等提取纯化处理后,抗原性很弱,对部分纯化的BMP有助溶助悬作用,吸收快,利于成骨,是BMP的一种良好缓释载体。该种胶原与BMP的复合物具有较大临床价值。

Experimental results show that the tendon collagen after pepsin digestion and purification, the antigenicity is very weak, partially purified BMP help dangling effect, fast absorption, which is conducive to osteogenesis, BMP is a good slow release carrier. The collagen and BMP complexes have great clinical value.
