邻菲啰啉显色同时分光光度测定铁(Ⅱ)和铁(Ⅲ)的方法已有报导。方法是在两波长下测量吸光度的,用差减和校正的方法解决Fe(Ⅱ)与Fe(Ⅲ)的相互干扰问题,操作及结果计算较为繁琐。本文提出的方法改用三波长测量,利用双波长等吸收原理消除干扰,由微机控制自动扫描,在同一份溶液中一次比色即可同时得到铁(Ⅱ)和铁(Ⅲ)的分析结果,具有简便决速的优点。应用于地下水中铁(Ⅱ)和铁(Ⅲ)的测定,获得了令人满意的结果。 一、试剂及仪器 铁(Ⅱ)标准溶液:准确称取0.2106g硫酸亚铁铵溶于含5mlH_2SO_4的蒸馏水中,用水稀释至1000ml,摇匀后,转入棕色瓶中,置暗处保存,此溶液每毫升含30μgFe(Ⅱ);
Methods for the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of iron (II) and iron (III) with phenanthroline have been reported.
