本研究通过以吉林省5所高校的80名体育教师和200名在校学生为调查对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法及关键事件法对高校公共体育课教师胜任能力的要素进行了准确的定位,采用因子分析法建立了高校公共体育课教师胜任能力的模型。结果表明:高校公共体育课教师胜任能力的模型由教学与研究、探索与创新、素质与师德、学术与科研、管理与培养5类36项胜任能力特征要素构成。
In this study, 80 physical education teachers and 200 undergraduates in 5 universities in Jilin Province were selected as research objects. By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and critical incident method, the author analyzed the elements of the competency of teachers of public physical education in colleges and universities. Positioning, the use of factor analysis of college physical education teachers ability to establish a model. The results show that the model of competency of college PE teachers consists of teaching and research, exploration and innovation, quality and ethics, academic and scientific research, management and training of five types of 36 competencies.
