导读:虽然没有春天的万紫千红、百花争艳,也没有秋天的秋风习习、硕果累累,但夏天的郁郁葱葱、生气勃勃却更讨人喜欢。
There are four seasons in a year and all have their own special features. Which season do I like best? Summer of course! There are too many reasons for it. On the one hand, I was born in summer and I think I am closer to it, for I have a sunny smile on my face all day. I also like looking at her white clouds floating in the blue sky. I enjoy the soft breeze blowing on my face. How wonderful these things are! On the other hand, we can do what we want to in the summer. For example, we can go swimming, go fishing, eat ice creams and so on. We have a long summer holiday, so we have enough time to do anything we like. In summer, we must put on our T-shirts, shorts, then we can run quickly. There are also lots of fruits which I love, like apples, bananas, pears, etc.
Finally, I want to express my love to summer with a poem:
I like summer because
the world seems to sing
and the sun shines red-gold
on a little bird’s wing
and trees waltzes soft and slow
to the voice of the breeze
and my feet taste the salt
of the blue seas.
