随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,普通百姓经济实力的增强使得旅游逐渐成为了普通大众日常的生活方式。旅游景点增加,参游人数增多,旅游服务行业如旅行社、酒店等也如雨后春笋出现在全国各大小城市。然而与如火如荼的旅游活动伴随出现的却是大量旅游者受欺诈、强迫购物等旅游事件的发生,旅游业一度混乱不堪。归其原因,那就是我国缺乏了旅游法律的保障从而使得旅游经营者恣意妄为,随意行事。今年4月25日全国人大常委会通过并颁发的我国首部旅游法将成为我国旅游业新的里程碑。本文将对其进行详细的解析。
With the vigorous development of our economy, the enhancement of the economic power of ordinary people has made tourism gradually become a daily life style for the general public. Increasing tourist attractions, increasing the number of tourists, travel services such as travel agencies, hotels, also springing up in all cities in the country. However, with the full swing of tourism activities accompanied by a large number of tourists who are fraudulent, forced shopping and other tourist events, the tourism industry was once confused. The reason is that our country lacks the protection of tourism law, which makes tourism operators wantonly and arbitrarily. The first tourism law passed and issued by the NPC Standing Committee on April 25 this year will become a new milestone in China’s tourism industry. This article will conduct a detailed analysis of it.
