分析关中地区城市群住房需求的差异性,通过梳理相关文献,找出影响住房需求的人口因素,运用主成分分析法构建住房需求影响因素模型。结果表明:人口规模对关中城市群城市住房需求产生直接影响,人口结构对住房需求有显著的间接影响,两类因素对不同城市住房需求的影响存在区域差异性。
Analyze the differences of urban housing demand in Guanzhong area, sort out relevant literature, identify the population factors that affect housing demand, and use principal component analysis to construct the influencing factors model of housing demand. The results show that the population size has a direct impact on housing demand in Guanzhong urban agglomerations. Population structure has a significant indirect impact on housing demand. There are regional differences in the impact of these two factors on housing demand in different cities.
