针对大流量、高转速高压共轨喷油器回油量大、响应慢的问题,设计一种带滑阀结构的共轨喷油器控制阀,通过仿真计算分析了高压共轨喷油器控制阀关键结构参数对喷油性能的影响规律,并以此为依据,开展喷油器控制阀滑阀结构设计研究。通过试验验证了共轨喷油器控制阀增加滑阀结构设计后对提高喷油响应速度、降低回油量有明显的作用,优化了喷油器的性能,提高了供油系统的效率。
