文章首先从目前企业通信调度工作的现状出发,剖析了工作中存在的一系列问题以及背后的实质性原因,然后从适应企业和用户需求的角度出发,经过多方面的比较,提出了解决方案,即通过在现有电子运维系统中增添资源管理模块的方式,使通信调度工作成为提升企业竞争能力和服务水平、提高用户满意度和忠诚度的有力武器。最后展望了未来理想的资源管理与通信调度模式。
Based on the current situation of enterprise communication scheduling, the article analyzes a series of problems existing in the work and the substantive reasons behind it. Then from the perspectives of adapting to the needs of enterprises and users, through various comparisons, this paper proposes solutions, That is to say, by adding a resource management module to the existing electronic operation and maintenance system, communication scheduling becomes a powerful weapon for enhancing the competitiveness and service level of enterprises and improving user satisfaction and loyalty.
