介绍了MgO-C耐火材料的配制和发展状况,在过去的20年里该产品已经成为钢铁工业不可或缺的一部分。回顾并总结了重要的技术和操作参数变化的影响,包括抗氧化剂氧化行为的影响、石墨或纳米碳掺入量的影响以及电磁场对抗渣侵蚀性能的影响。研究MgO-C耐火材料相关性能的实验结果是本文的重点。它揭示了MgO-C耐火砖的氧化动力学、含石墨和纳米碳的MgO-C耐火材料的显微结构、采用Rietvelt法测定MgO-C耐火材料的矿物组成及耐火材料的力学性能。
Introduced the preparation and development of MgO-C refractory materials, which has become an indispensable part of the steel industry for the past 20 years. Review and summarize the impact of important technical and operational parameter changes, including the effect of antioxidant oxidation, the effect of graphite or nano-carbon incorporation, and the effect of electromagnetic fields on slag erosion resistance. The experimental results of studying the properties of MgO-C refractory are the main points of this paper. It reveals the oxidation kinetics of MgO-C refractory bricks, the microstructure of MgO-C refractories containing graphite and nano-carbon, and the Rietvelt method to determine the mineral composition of MgO-C refractories and the mechanical properties of refractories.
