随着电子元件在军、民用领域的广泛应用,电子产品内集成的电子设备日益密集,造成电子元器件所处的环境条件(如电磁兼容、高温、腐蚀等)更加恶劣。特别是高温会使电子元件的可靠性迅速下降,寿命也大幅缩短。因此,使用送风管道将冷气均匀地送到每一个电子元件是某型产品安全、稳定工作重要保障。 With the widespread application of electronic components in the military and civil fields, the integration of electronic devices in electronic products is becoming more and more intensive. As a result, the environmental conditions (such as electromagnetic compatibility, high temperature and corrosion) of the electronic components are worsened. Especially the high temperature will rapidly reduce the reliability of electronic components, life expectancy is also significantly reduced. Therefore, the use of air supply pipe to the air-conditioning evenly to each of the electronic components is a product safety, stability, an important guarantee.
