轨道交通与城市建设两者相辅相成,互相促进,本文简单介绍了香港和广州轨道建设结合城市发展的成功经验,结合轨道交通站点建设的土地开发方式,提出了城市建设与轨道交通紧密结合的实施方法和步骤以及若干实施策略措施。
Both rail transit and urban construction complement each other and promote each other.
