秦皇岛市红旗路扩建及街心环岛公园工程前不久开始实施。红旗路扩建及街心环岛公园工程是秦皇岛市绿化美化和城市形象建设的又一大举措,是道路贯通与城市绿化同步进行的一项重点工程。工程将打通城市主要道路——红旗路建设大街至北环路路段,全长共计2.7公里。工程竣工后将有效缓解市区交通紧张 The implementation of the expansion of Hongqi Road in Qinhuangdao City and the construction of the Jiexinhuo Island Park began shortly before.
