以含铌和钛热轧双相钢为研究对象,在热模拟机MMS-200上研究了变形量对该钢中第二相粒子析出行为的影响。通过显微组织观察发现,该钢呈现明显的双相特征,组织为铁素体和少量马氏体。随着变形量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,第二相粒子尺寸明显减小且析出增多,分布比较弥散。尺寸大的粒子呈方形,含铌量多,含钛量少。
Taking hot rolled dual phase steel containing niobium and titanium as the research object, the influence of the deformation on the precipitation behavior of the second phase particles in the steel was investigated on the MMS-200 thermal simulator. The microstructure observation showed that the steel showed obvious biphasic characteristics, the organization of ferrite and a small amount of martensite. With the increase of deformation, the grain size decreases, the size of the second phase particles decreases obviously and the precipitation increases, the distribution is more diffuse. Large size particles are square, with more niobium, titanium content less.
