面对石油行业目前人才培养的急迫形势,人才已成为第一生产力要素,加快高素质人才的培养,才能使企业在竞争中占得先机。陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司作为省属国有大型企业,管理体制不同于中石油、中石化、中海油三家国有石油石化企业,针对不同的管理体制与模式,亟须探索适合于本企业员工培训模式,为企业供给更多高素质的人才,保证企业的良性发展。
