目的对初中生复原力实施干预,并对其影响学校适应的能力进行研究。方法对某初中在校复原力水平较低的学生18人进行9次复原力团体心理辅导干预,以亚洲复原力量表、中学生学校适应量表为评估工具,辅导前、后两次对被试进行测查,并与对照组比较。结果通过干预辅导,实验组在复原力的情绪管制、灵活应对维度及复原力总分上优于对照组(t=2.158,P<0.05;t=3.009,P<0.01;t=2.321,P<0.05);实验组在学校适应的纪律遵守及人际关系维度上优于对照组(t=3.897,P<0.01;t=2.849,P<0.05)。结论通过对复原力干预可以有效提高学生的复原力水平,进而提升初中生的学校适应能力。
Objective To intervene in the resilience of junior high school students and study their ability to influence school adaptability. Methods A total of 18 junior high school students with low level of resilience in junior high school were subjected to 9 times of rehabilitation group psychological counseling intervention. The Asian resilience scale and school-based secondary school students’ Test, and compared with the control group. Results By intervention, the experimental group was superior to the control group in emotional stress resilience, flexible coping dimension and resilience score (t = 2.158, P <0.05; t = 3.009, P <0.01; 0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group in the disciplinary compliance and interpersonal relationship (t = 3.897, P <0.01; t = 2.849, P <0.05). Conclusion Interventions on resilience can effectively improve students’ resilience and enhance their ability to adapt to school.
