本文利用室内多相流实验装置,以空气和水为实验介质,对倾斜管中段塞流上下行管路的压降进行了实验研究,得出了在相同气液相折算速度下倾斜角度越低压降越大,管路的下行段压差要高于上行段,并且随着倾斜角度绝对值的增大,上行段的压差变小而下行段的压差升高的实验结果。本文实验结果对理论研究及现场应用有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the indoor multi-phase flow experimental device, air and water as the experimental medium, the inclined tube plugs upstream and downstream plumb line pressure drop experiments were drawn at the same gas-liquid phase velocity lower the inclination angle The bigger the pressure drop is, the more the pressure drop in the downstream section of the pipeline is higher than that in the upstream section. As the absolute value of the inclination angle increases, the pressure drop in the upstream section decreases and the pressure drop in the downstream section increases. The experimental results in this paper have certain reference value for theoretical research and field application.
