目的通过对早产儿脑白质损伤神经节苷脂(GM1)与胞二磷胆碱治疗疗效观察与对比,为该病寻找一种更为有效的药物治疗措施。方法将126例确诊为早产儿脑白质损伤的患儿随机分为神经节苷脂治疗组(Ⅰ组)69例和胞二磷胆碱治疗组(Ⅱ组)57例,对两组疗效进行回顾性分析。结果神经节苷脂治疗组的疗效优于胞二磷胆碱组,P<0.05。结论神经节苷脂是早产儿脑白质损伤的更为有效的药物治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of ganglioside (GM1) and citicoline treatment on white matter damage in premature infants and to find a more effective drug treatment for the disease. Methods A total of 126 children with white matter damage diagnosed as preterm infants were randomly divided into ganglioside treatment group (group Ⅰ) 69 cases and citicoline group (group Ⅱ) 57 cases. Sexual analysis. Results The ganglioside treatment group was superior to citicoline group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ganglioside is a more effective drug treatment for white matter damage in preterm infants.
