采用单片机SPCE061A作为温度监控核心部件,结合PT100传感器完成对水温的采样,通过数字滤波技术消除系统的干扰还原当前的温度值,并且对采集到的温度值进行比例积分微分运算处理,实现了一种水温监控系统的设计。测试结果表明,该系统具有良好的温控能力。
The single-chip microcomputer SPCE061A is used as the core component of temperature monitoring. PT100 sensor is used to sample the water temperature. The digital filter technique is used to eliminate the system interference and restore the current temperature value. The collected temperature value is processed by proportional integral differentiation. Water temperature monitoring system design.
