为适应医药经济快速增长对高素质药学专业人才的要求,积极改革空泛、抽象、枯燥的“硬灌式”传统教学法,将守法意识、职业操守、专业知识、团队意识、服务意识、服务能力、服务技巧等综合素质融入模拟药房教学,通过科学、系统的融合式、专题式教学设计,把药学专业学生综合素质培养与专业课程教学有机结合,以分模块、分专题形式进行模拟药房教学,从而全面提升学生综合素质,克服传统教学低效、人才培养局限等问题。同时,建立学生守法意识达标率、专业知识合格率、职业操守知晓率、服务能力测试达标率、学生就业率、用人单位满意率等评价指标,填补目前模拟药房无应用效果评价指标体系的空白,并通过反馈调节,促使模拟药房应用效果最大化。
