目的研究苦竹Pleiobtastus amarus嫩茎的化学成分。方法采用色谱分离技术进行分离和纯化,并根据谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从苦竹嫩茎的甲醇提取物中分离得到15个酚类化合物,分别鉴定为苜蓿素()、芹菜素()、5,7,2′,4′,6′-五羟基黄酮()、5,7-二羟基-3′,4′,5′-三羟基黄酮()、金合欢素()、木犀草素()、蓟黄素()、对羟基苯甲醛()、邻羟基苯甲酸()、反式对羟基肉桂酸()、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛()、没食子酸()、没食子酸甲酯()、questin()和isorhodoptilometrin()。结论化合物~、~为首次从苦竹中分离得到,化合物和为首次从苦竹属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Pleiobtastus amarus. Methods Chromatographic separation was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the spectral data. Results Fifteen phenolic compounds were isolated from the methanolic extracts of the leaves of Sophora alopecuroides and identified as alfalfa (), apigenin (), 5,7,2 ’, 4’, 6’-pentahydroxyflavone 5,7-dihydroxy-3 ’, 4’, 5’-trihydroxyflavone (), acacia (), luteolin (), thymidin (), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde Formic acid, trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid, 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, gallic acid, methyl gallate, questin, and isorhodoptilometrin. Conclusion The compounds were isolated from Pleurotus ostreatus for the first time and the compounds were isolated from Pleurotus for the first time.
