企业转制的进程是短期内的平等与长期内的效率之间的权衡。在既有的企业治理结构和政府权力结构下,企业管理者很可能会和政府官员通过合谋来决定转制方式,并分享企业转制产生的利益。企业的转制能够带来效率的提高,虽然腐败客观上推进了企业转制,但也由此加剧了不平等。
The process of enterprise restructuring is a trade-off between equality in the short term and efficiency in the long term. Under existing corporate governance structures and government power structures, corporate managers are likely to collaborate with government officials to determine the mode of transformation and share the benefits of the transformation of the enterprise. The transformation of enterprises can bring about an increase in efficiency. Although corruption objectively promotes the transformation of enterprises, it also exacerbates inequality.
