为确定载重量与胎压之间存在的函数关系式,达到基于胎压识别超载或偏载货车的目的,运用经典力学方程和数学推导方法对货车轮胎胎压与其载重量之间的关系进行理论研究,并建立其数学函数模型。采用电子万能材料试验机对已知轮胎加载,得到不同胎压条件下多组胎压数据与对应试验加载数据;对不同胎压条件下的试验数据与模型计算数据分别进行拟合分析。试验结果表明:载重量与胎压呈非线性变化关系;比较不同胎压条件下模型计算载重量和实测载重量的拟合函数,发现二者的相对偏离程度为0.021 7。
In order to determine the relationship between the load and the tire pressure, and to achieve the purpose of identifying overloading or partial truck based on the tire pressure, the relationship between the tire pressure of the truck tire and the carrying capacity is carried out by using the classical mechanical equations and mathematical derivation methods Theoretical research, and establish its mathematical function model.
