近年来我国的经济得到了迅速的发展,伴随着我国社会经济的发展,人民的生活水平也有了一定的提高,所以越来越多的人选择外出旅游,使得我国的旅游事业蒸蒸日上。越来越多的旅游景区被开发出来,以满足人们日益增长的旅游需求,目前,旅游业已经成为了带动各地经济发展的一个重要动力。但是,伴随着日益扩大的旅游企业,对于旅游企业的管理也成为了一个难题,由于旅游企业大规模的增长,但是社会的发展却跟不上旅游业的扩展,所以使得旅游管理工作就有所停滞。再加之当今市场竞争日趋激烈,为了在激烈的市场竞争中生存下去,旅游企业必须进行更加有效的旅游管理。本文分析了我国的旅游管理中的一些问题,并提出了一些提高我国旅游管理水平的建议与措施,希望能够提供给旅游企业一些参考。
In recent years, China’s economy has witnessed rapid development. Along with the social and economic development in our country, people’s living standard has also been raised to a certain extent. Therefore, more and more people choose to go out for tourism and make China’s tourism industry booming. More and more tourist attractions have been developed to meet people’s growing tourism needs. At present, tourism has become an important driving force for economic development in various places. However, along with the growing number of tourism enterprises, the management of tourism enterprises has also become a problem. Due to the large-scale growth of tourism enterprises, the development of society can not keep up with the expansion of tourism, thus making tourism management work Stagnation. Coupled with the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, in order to survive in the fierce market competition, tourism enterprises must carry out more effective tourism management. This paper analyzes some problems in tourism management in our country and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve our tourism management level in the hope of providing some reference to tourism enterprises.
