根据煤矸石的物理特性和破碎机的性能,提出利用颚式破碎机进行粗碎,锤式破碎机进行中细碎的设计方案。依据岱庄煤矿膏体充填开采,进行煤矸石破碎机的选型优化设计。保证破碎后的煤矸石粒径在允许的范围内波动,降低了破碎矸石的能耗,对充填系统煤矸石的破碎有一定指导和借鉴意义。
