目的:探讨开胃健脾丸对功能性消化不良(PD)大鼠胃肠动力及P物质、胃动素的影响。方法:采用夹尾刺激法建立PD大鼠模型,给予PD大鼠开胃健脾丸,计算胃排空率、小肠推进比,测定血浆P物质和血清胃动素水平。结果:与模型组比较,开胃健脾丸能明显升高PD大鼠胃排空率、小肠推进比、P物质和胃动素水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开胃健脾丸能够有效促进FD大鼠胃肠动力,可能与其上调P物质和胃动素水平相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of anti-appetizers and Jianpi pills on gastrointestinal motility, substance P and motilin in rats with functional dyspepsia (PD). Methods: Rat model of PD was established by tail-tailed stimulation. PD was given to rats with appetizers and spleen to calculate the rate of gastric emptying, the rate of small intestine propulsion, and the levels of plasma substance P and serum motilin. Results: Compared with the model group, the appetizers and spleen pills can significantly increase the gastric emptying rate, intestinal propulsion ratio, substance P and motilin in PD rats. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The appetizers and spleen pills can effectively promote gastrointestinal motility in FD rats, which may be related to its up-regulation of substance P and motilin.
