目的:研究益智汤的抗氧化作用。方法:大鼠给予益智汤14 d后,采血检测大鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)含量,取脑测定脑组织脂褐素(LF)、MAO-B含量;小鼠D-半乳糖注射致衰老,同时给予益智汤4周,采血检测小鼠鼠血清T-AOC、SOD含量。结果:益智汤能明显升高大鼠血清T-AOC、SOD含量,降低血清MDA、MAO-B含量,降低脑组织LF、MAO-B含量,并能升高D-半乳糖衰老小鼠血清T-AOC、SOD含量。结论:益智汤有一定抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the antioxidant effect of Zhitang Tang.
